Interviewing at BigFat Digital

We’ve tried to make the application process simple to understand and navigate. Once you’ve found the role, you are qualified for or interested in, complete the short application form. A Gripped team member will review your applications, and if your experience fits, we’ll get in touch to schedule a quick call to have a conversation. That call will usually be 30-minutes long, and it will allow you to ask questions about the role, Gripped and the process.

In that conversation, we’re looking to determine if you’d be a good fit for the interview process, and we want to protect your time as much as ours – so we’re reasonably picky about who goes through to the entire interview stage. We like to make sure that you get an opportunity to speak to multiple people from across Gripped so you can get an authentic feel for how and what we are as a group.

Once selected for an interview, we want to see you in action. Your interview and task will look and feel slightly different, whether it’s a specialist role or a customer-facing role. But, all positions will include behaviour, experience and competency-based questions.

Ultimately, we’re keen to ensure that you are a good fit for Gripped, but more importantly, that we’re a good fit for you. If you’re not a good fit for whatever reason, we’ll provide you with feedback and be transparent.
